"Equipment specified for the professional is at the heart of what we do".

Experience

Our team is uniquely qualified to understand the kind of issues you can face installing signal reception equipment. Not only do we have engineers with years of experience installing satellite dishes and LNB’s but we also have one of the most experienced RF product designers in the UK. Every aspect of the installation has been carefully considered in an effort to make fitting GeoSync equipment quicker and more reliable every time.

Installation

As an example of how we make installation more straight-forward, GeoSync LNB’s for the UK have a bracket to fit the popular Mk4 Sky Zone 1 and 2 dishes and a spirit level to help ensure the dish is mounted vertically. Our Quad, Twin and Wideband LNB’s also have features which pre-align the LNB at the focal point of a Mk4 dish and help you align the LNB to the satellite transmitting both Sky and Freesat signals.

Performance

Having pushed the electronic performance to the limits, our factory engineers went back to first principles to improve the signal quality BEFORE it gets to the circuit board. The unique focusing crown on the feedhorn improves both the passive Forward Gain and the impedance matching. This feature is patented and if you would like to find out more read the section below.

Professional

Because the GeoSync focus is on the professional, the engineer that uses signal reception equipment every day, we make quality our first priority. Not only do our products use the best components and go through numerous tests in production, but they are also batch tested in the UK to ensure that they work in all weathers and likely reception conditions. We pride ourselves on delivering professional quality.

Choosing the right LNB for Sky-Q or Freesat 4K

Installation

Installing one of our products should be as straight-forward as possible which is why we incorporate a number of design features to help. GeoSync LNB’s are a great example of a product range designed for the UK, based on a detailed understanding the most popular dish designs that are used and the alignment requirements of the satellite which provides both Sky™ and Freesat™ signals.

Are you replacing an LNB on a Mk4 elliptical satellite dish? Then installation is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Assuming that your dish is correctly aligned:

1) To receive Sky™ or Freesat™ align the bracket on the LNB at the appropriate angle shown on the map included with your LNB and tighten securely.

As you move from the North East to the South West the amount of skew required to align with the satellite increases in the negative direction.

Markings on the neck of the LNB should be aligned with the “V” on the bracket collar.

2) Having removed the old LNB slot the bracket onto the satellite dish arm and secure it in place with the split pin.

3) Connect each of the coax cables to the outlets on your new LNB, check the signal and pull down the weather shield
